At MBO Partners, we are committed to progressive change in our business processes to support our ideals of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. MBO Partners strives to be a leader in green business, and we invite you to join us!

We are excited to share our progress so far:

• All our major operations are now paperless. Within a few years, we reinvented our operations and transformed MBO Partners from being a paper-intensive company to functioning fully in the digital realm. All our processes are now digital to the extent allowable by law.
• We handle contingent workforce management for large companies and government agencies; as we went paperless, so did the business processes supporting these independent contractor workforces. Sustainable change is not limited to our own operations. We hold a vision of sustainability that impacts our business partners.
• MBO Partners proffers a revolutionary vision for telework. By empowering individuals to work anywhere, from anywhere, we empower the most talented people to opt out of commuting and the restrictions of office working.
• In our corporate office, we use only recycled content paper for day-to-day requirements. The MBO Partners signature stationery is Green e-Certified, made from FSC-certified and recycled content fibers, is processed chlorine free, and made via a carbon neutral manufacturing process. 
• We send expired archives to a secure document destruction service which shreds and recycles the fiber.
• We have virtually eliminated the commute – and resultant carbon footprint -- typical for the workforce of most corporations our size. The majority of our employees and Associates work either from home or from a remote office location close to home. The reduction of greenhouse emissions resulting from this policy is incalculable.
