MissionHR was founded by Frankie Hagen. Frankie Hagen has over twenty years of experience as a Human Resources leader. She holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management.
Frankie is certified as a facilitator for Development Dimensions International (DDI) programs, certified as a presenter by Padgett-Thompson and PathMasters, International and holds certification as a trainer by Park University Enterprises.
Frankie has facilitated internal training programs, has led public seminars and has taught college-level courses.
Frankie Hagen, a former Vice President of Human Resources, has served organizations of all sizes. She has experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit organizational setting and in multiple industries.
