- IBM Corporation - Project Manager - IBM client interface for Enterprise Systems Division's Products as well as Early Support Programs. Clients included Boeing, Wal-Mart, American Express, Federal Express, and American Airlines.
Coordinated Customer Joint Studies (with Conrail and Blue Cross Blue Shield) of a new Enterprise System $10 Million product. Responsibilities included contract negotiation and execution, product delivery, installation and support, performance analysis, customer satisfaction and marketing deliverables.
Represented Enterprise Systems Hardware Lab on a Multi-Division, Corporate-Wide Requirements Task Force.

- IBM Corporation - OEM Product Manager - Marketed Enterprise Systems Hardware and Software products to potential OEM customers. Performed market analysis and developed market strategy. Presented product introduction at customer executive briefings around the country. Promoted IBM products at major trade shows. Negotiated and executed OEM contracts with customers, with ongoing responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- IBM Work Force Solutions - Corprate Recruiter/Account Manager - Recruited experienced professionals to fill full time permanent positions at IBM and at Client companies. IBM had signed a number of clients who were interested in outsourcing their HR and Staffing needs.
Positions filled included Executive level positions, Managers, Engineers, Software Developers, Consultants, Sales, Marketing and Finance Professionals. Responsibilities included Diversity Recruiting and regular interfacing with IBM and Client Management.
- Approach Inc. - Recruiting Manager - Approach was a Microsoft Business Partner and Solution Provider, specializing in Network Consulting and Application Design and Development. I was brought in to head up their recruiting efforts.
Responsible for all facets of recruiting for the firm, including finding, screening and interviewing technical professionals. Sourced experienced IT professionals (C++, Java, & MCSE's) through Internet Search, Career Fairs, cold calling and networking.
Implemented and ran a very successful College Recruiting Program at Universities in the East and Midwest.
Established relationships with the Placement Offices at the different universities.
Exceeded objective of 50% growth rate and did not require use of any search firms or agencies.
- International Interactive Commerce - Contract Recruiter - Worked as a consultant for Hi-Tech start up and a number of other firms. Recruited Software Developers (C, C++, Java, J2EE, etc), QA Testers, Technical Writers, Project Managers, Sales Managers, and Chief Financial Officer.
Also assisted a Search Firm, RH Resources, recruit Financial Professionals for an International Investment Bank in NYC.
- A.P. Technical Resources - Senior Recruiter / Account Manager - Account Manager for Technical Staffing Firm. A.P. Tech was a Core Supplier to IBM.
Handled large volume of open positions, Positions filled included Hardware and Software Engineers for IBM Systems & Technology Group, and Business and Technical Consultants for IBM Global Services.
Successfully developed relationships with IBM managers to identify new requirements and fill contract positions directly. Competed against 12-15 other Core Suppliers
- Diageo, Inc - Contract Recruiter - 11/2005 - 3/2006 - Diageo is a global company that is a producer of fine spirits, beer, and wines. Products include Johnnie Walker, Guinness, Bailey's, Seagrams, Tanqueray and Captain Morgan. Worked onsite with senior management team to fill full time openings, including Director of Engineering, Quality Assurance Manager, Warehouse Operations Manager, Environmental Health and Safety Manager, Production Manager, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and SAP Implementation Manager Positions.
- Gap Inc. - Contract Recruiter - 3/2006 - 9/2006 - Brought in as Consultant to assist in filling Operations Supervisor Position for two Gap Distribution Centers. These two Distribution Centers handle 40% of Distribution to Gap, Old Navy and Banana Republic Stores in the US.
Additionally I've been working part time with a client in NYC to recruit full time software developers (C#, .net, multi-threading ). Client specializes in developing financial applications for Investment Banks.
