- Managed a team of 170 people running the existing technology infrastructure and building out the company's next generation solutions. Upgraded 35% of the organization repurposed key contributors and built an effective, delivery and business focused team.
- Identified opportunities for improving eCommerce presence (both B to B and B to C) resulting in a 150% improvement in wholesale agent sales and a 50% improvement in retail internet sales.
