- Advanced Broadband Solutions Inc. - Database Administrator/ Architect - 11/2004 - Current - Executive Information & Decision Support (EI/DS) has various systems (TED, PEPR, PCDW, HL7, MCFAS, M2, DCS, PHOTO and Data Tracker), which works on DB2 UDB database at backend. There are more than 50 DB2 UDB Production/Development/QA/Benchmark databases, which are maintained by a core Database Administration (DBA) team. The size of database varies from 10 GB (a small development staging database) to multi-terabytes (a production ODS or a production data warehouse). There are big multi-partitioned databases residing on single IBM Regatta nodes (16-way SMP) as well as on clustered (MPP) IBM Winter hawk nodes. IBM's Enterprise Storage Architecture (shark disks, Megamouth) is used to provide the huge amount of disk storage. IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager is used for database backups & recovery
- Tata Consultancy Services - Data Warehouse Architect - 2/2003 - 11/2004 - Purchased Care Data Warehouse (PCDW) is a part of the Patient Encounter Processing and Reporting (PEPR) system application being built for Executive Information / Decision Support (EI/DS) and TRICARE Management Activity (TMA). PCDW will be designed to integrate the HCSR and TED records (Source Systems) in order to provide more quantitative and analytical capabilities to the MHS business analysts/users.
