• U. S. Army - Sr. Consultant Industrial Base Operations - 4/2007 - Current - -Member of the Industrial Base Operation Team. Responsible for design, definition, and configuration of production processes in Base manufacturing operations. Supported implementation for Helicopter repair and overhaul operations. Designed process for long term support agreements with major vendors.
  -Assigned to the site implementation team at depot responsible for repair of helicopters. Responsible for working with site team members to socialize design, resolve gaps, assist with integration issues with legacy systems, and support site cutover activities.

• Shure Inc. - Sr. PP Consultant - 7/2001 - 8/2002 -  Responsible for design and configuration of improvements to assembly area using repetitive manufacturing, including back-flushing of components, and improvement of ATP accuracy to drive scheduling of packaging area, configuration and automation of the selection of different order types to designate rush orders. Identified and implemented enhancements to Master Scheduling Process to improve response to critical orders. Worked directly with Master Production Schedulers.

  -08/2002 - 07/2005 - Puerto Rico rollout - Member of Manufacturing Operations team responsible design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP-PI for Production Execution. Developed design for Bulk Manufacturing facility. Led development of first interface with Process Automation system to record Process Order results directly to SAP. Configured PI Sheets. Responsible for design and custom development to enable multiple levels of Production activities to be combined into a single Process Order to support scheduling and reduce order handling requirements. Created functional specs. and coordinated activities with Application Development, QM, and MM to delivery solution. Responsible for knowledge transfer to local support personnel.   -Responsible for unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting PP / MM / QM Modules functionality for upgrade from version 3.1H to version 4.6b. Used On-demand software to create and update user documentation. Achieved scheduled go-live target. Semi-conductor tool Industry.
  
• AMCC - Sr. SAP PP Consultant - 9/1999 - 6/2000 - Independent Contract Consultant, PP Module (ver. 4.5B):
  -Responsible for improvement and implementation of new PP functionality following upgrade from version 2.2 to version 4.5b. New functionality included design and configuration for implementation of SOP/Flexible Planning with rough-cut capacity evaluation, Demand Mgmt., LTP, MPS, MRP, and Capacity Planning functionality. • IBM International Training Center - Training Instructor - 4/1999 - 6/1999 - Independent Contract Consultant, PP Module (ver. 4.0B):
  -Responsible for designing and conducting new course for IBM / MAS PP consultants to prepare for version 4.0 delta and full certification exam for experienced consultants. Instructor for version 4.0-5 week SAP academy for junior consultants.
  
• IBM Norway / Borregaard - Sr. SAP PP-PI Consultant / Manufacturing Team Lead - 3/1998 - 4/1999 - Independent Contract Consultant, PP-PI Module (ver. 3.1H):
   Sub-contracted under IBM as the Senior PP Consultant on a project to implement SAP in a large wood pulp processing site. Reported to IBM Project Manager. Responsible for the Design, configuration, prototyping, Planning Team activities, and implementation of SAP R/3 Production Planning Module (PP-PI) in wood pulp processing line and associated by-product processing streams (Ethanol and Vanillin production). Included continuous flow and batch production. Responsibilities included supervision and training of team members and users, planning of PP team activities, and resolution of integration issues with CO, MM, QM and SD. Assisted in the specification and implementation of interface between SAP and PDC System (MIKON) using SAP PC Interface (PI-PCS), and an interface between Finished Products Weight Marking system with Process Order Confirmations. Functionality implemented included SOP, Demand Management, MPS, MRP, Process Orders, CRP, Process Management, QM, Classification, and Early Warning System. Implementation achieved on schedule in January 1999. Assisted in developing rollout strategy and model for next phase. Wood Pulp Industry
  
• Rockwool Industries - Sr. SAP PP Consultant - 7/1998 - 3/1999 - -Worked as sub-contractor under IBM on a project to implement SAP Production Planning in Fiberglass Insulation Production Line. Part-time support activities included consultation and configuration of Graphical Capacity Planning Table, Production Orders with Repetitive Manufacturing, and Shop Floor Control Reporting, and training of client's personnel assigned to the project team. Implementation scheduled for 2nd quarter, 1999. Insulation Industry.
• Saudi Iron and Steel / Hadeed - Team Lead SAP PP Module - 1/1993 - 2/1998 - -Reported to the Project Manager. Responsible for the configuration, prototyping, and implementation of SAP R/3 Production Planning Module including SOP, MPS, MRP, Capacity Planning, Repetitive Manufacturing, and SFC in seven manufacturing areas consisting of batch and continuous flow type production. Responsible for identification and resolution of integration issues for PP Cycle, including integration with CO, MM, QM and SD. Created Current and "To-Be" Business Process (EPC) Diagrams, and Function Tables for PP Processes. "Clients" included three operating department directors, the Quality Assurance Manager, the Production Planning Manager, and the Technical Vice-President. Achieved implementation of QM functionality including master data, inspection planning, and inspection processing, in coordination with the implementation of Inventory Management and Sales & Distribution in august, 1995. Led "brainstorming" sessions for re-engineering. Supervised a team of nine user representatives, MIS Analysts, and Price Waterhouse Consultant. Utilized PW "System Management Methodology" and SAP Procedure Model. Created project strategy, and project plan for the PP module following project reorganization. Responsible for scheduling of PP / QM consultants and organizing work tasks. Organized Saudi trainees' work activities. PP Module was implemented in Nov. 1997. Metals Industry.
