This position is primarily in support of DBA management administration/planning actions, providing MSSQL server technical expertise and issue resolution assistance to the DBA team, design/development quality assurance, and software development methodology and standards coordination with the application development teams. Duties include:
? The MSSQL database environment has approximately 20 MSSQL servers supporting approximately 200 databases ranging in size up to 120 gb.
? Serves as the technical specialist in the area of database management services for all phases of data methodology lifecycle, focusing on data analysis, database administration, and database replication deliverables. Representative areas of expertise include T-SQL development, indexes, performance tuning, triggers, clustering, replication, backups, etc.
? Responsible for the modeling, definition, creation, and maintenance of the enterprise database resource for transactional and decision support systems.
? Maintains the Meta data repository.
? Analyzes, tests, and implements physical database designs and replication processes. There are approximately 50 major projects per year.

? MS SQL DBA/Systems Engineer; performed design, development, implementation, and administrative duties for 30 MSSQL database servers supporting approximately 200 databases ranging in size up to 70 gb.
? IIS Webmaster; performed design, development, implementation, and administrative duties for four IIS web servers host approximately twelve websites.
? BizTalk 2002 Administrator; performed design, develop, implementation, and administrative duties of one BizTalk server in support of business-to-business data transmission and processing from clients.
10-00 to 7-01: ?For-Self? development projects. Explored the possibilities of a professional financial application for stock, bond, option, and futures portfolio management, calculations, and trade execution. This project is still in progress as personal time permits.

? Design, development, implementation, and administration of two Cold Fusion web application hosted on three IIS web servers.
? Design, development, implementation, and administration on three MSSQL database servers in support of the web applications.
? Assisted the NT systems administrator as required in the maintenance of two NT domain controllers and two DNS servers.
? Assisted the networking and Cisco VOIP systems administrator as required.
