Narendra Mangra is an independent multi-disciplinary wireless telecommunications consultant with a deep understanding of wireless planning strategies, implementation and operations. His leadership experience includes Lead Technical Advisor during Contract Negotiations, Strategy Consultant, Project Manager, and Technical Subject Matter Expert.
He has held key roles working on multiple cellular, PCS, WLL, Mobile Satellite Services (MSS), and Public Safety networks in the US and internationally. Narendra has extensive experience with multiple wireless technologies including UMTS, HSDPA, CDMA 2000, TDMA, iDEN and GSM.
Narendra holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, and a MSEE/BSEE from Polytechnic University. He has developed several corporate training courses for wireless professionals and he is an Adjunct Professor for graduate level courses in technology strategy, wireless telecommunications systems management, and project management.
