Narendra Mangra
Wireless Systems Consultant
Narendra Mangra is an independent multi-disciplinary wireless telecommunications consultant with expertise in commercial terrestrial and satellite wireless network technologies. He has held key roles in the end-to-end wireless network deployment of cellular, PCS, WLL, and Mobile Satellite Services (MSS) networks in the US and internationally. Narendra has extensive experience with multiple wireless technologies including UMTS, HSDPA, CDMA 2000, TDMA, iDEN and GSM. He holds an MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business in the University of Maryland, and a MSEE/BSEE from Polytechnic University.
His consulting roles include Technical Advisor during Contract Negotiations, Strategy Consultant, Project Manager, Qualcomm CDMA Subject Matter Expert, and Regional Lead Engineer. Narendra is an Adjunct Professor at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He has also developed several corporate training sessions on 3G technologies, E911, wireless IP, SIP, and wireless network deployment.
