- Active Directory - Experience deploying and maintaining Active Directory environments, and upgrading NT-based environments, in both 2000 and 2003 environments.
- Microsoft Exchange (2007, 2003, 2000, 5.5) - Experience implementing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange Server (2000, 2003, and 2008) environments. Experience upgrading Exchange 5.5 environments.
- Microsoft Windows (Vista, 2003, XP, 2000, 9x) - Experience with the beta of Windows Vista. Certifications for Windows Server 2003. Extensive experience deploying and maintaining Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows 98/95 environments
