Director of Sales, Direct Search of the US (DSUS).
This company provided name generation and lead services to financial advisors and to executive recruiters. They specialized in passive phone lists from major corporations as well as custom searches. As the 2nd sales representative to be hired, I quickly proved myself as a leader and hired , trained, and managed ( while maintaining the top 1% in sales) a team of 10 Account Managers to produce over $5 million in sales, the highest producing team in the corporation. DSUS was acquired in December of 2003.


November 2000-2002

Sr. Advertising Executive, Vacation Register International.

As the 6th employee to enter the startup, during college I worked full time for Vacation Register. Starting as a Sr. Advertising Representative, I was top 2% in sales and number 1 in the company in overall revenue for the fiscal year.
After successfully building a book of business, and assisting Vacation Register to be the largest advertising company of its kind (they market Timeshare), I was promoted to one of the sales management teams and eventually settled in as Director of Customer Service , overseeing all client management as well as managing a 30 man department.
