Designed and implemented an in-memory file system to allow an administrator to remotely add, rename and remove files from Pacific's WebWatch embedded web server.

Wrote bids and responses to RFPs. Represented Cordell at trade shows, including annual SuperComm shows and Telecom '91 in Geneva, Switzerland.
