- La Bouillabaisse - owner - 7/1993 - 5/1999 - In 1993, two partners and I teamed up to build an affordable bistro in Brooklyn Heights called La Bouillabaisse. It debuted in 1993 as "Top Rated Newcomer" in the prestigious Zagat's NYC guide and was the subject of many complimentary reviews, including a fifteen minute piece on the TV Food Network.
