Amy O’Donnell guides the human capital, Associate service delivery, and organization development strategies for MBO Partners. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of the firm's people development, HR benefits design, Associate and staff experience, talent strategy, and professional enhancement programs.

 

O'Donnell joined MBO Partners in 2001; in her over 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Management field, she has served as a VP of Recruiting, a VP of Human Resources, and operated a staffing business. O'Donnell received an MS in Industrial Psychology from Old Dominion University and her BA in Psychology from the California University of Pennsylvania.
