Bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic e-business management, corporate development, and software, Dave Putt serves as Vice President of Client Services for MBO Partners. In addition to delivering executive briefings on MBO Partners for prospective clients during the pre-contract due diligence phase, Putt handles contingent workforce program management, integration, and training with the firm's strategic clients.

 

Currently, Dave Putt is on the advisory board for the Human Capital Institute and an active participant in the Contract Talent Research Practice Area at HCI. An authority on independent contractor compliance, co-employment risk assessment, and mitigation, he also oversees the company’s Federal, Defense, and Intelligence programs and partnerships. Before joining MBO Partners, Putt served in managerial positions with HCL James Martin, Butler Technology Solutions, and Solution Technologies, Inc. Putt received a BA in Computer Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
