The Year of Career Independence – On Its Way This Labor Day!
We’re still on a high from today’s launch of our inaugural study on independent work. We love that there’s been a slew of news pickup (well, we have to feel good about all the effort we put into this, right?).
A favorite article of ours comes from Susan at the Small Business Insider – in each statistic, she recognizes a reality from her own life as an independent. We hope you have as much fun reading it as we did! Another favorite is Shawn Graham who featured our study in his personal blog, Creative Combustion: Independent Workforce Fueling Hidden Job Growth.
It’s hard to tell the story of independent work in the U.S. and so we thought we’d use a graphic to help us share the research. Creating it with our independent professional designer, Bryan – himself an MBO associate – was a fun exercise in communication and design.
