Unlike most contractor payment providers, MBO Partners can accommodate a wide variety of assignment types (including hourly, project-based, and fixed-price) and pay cycles (including weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly). We even provide advanced payments for independent contractors, pending clients' credit review.

Very Low Cost

MBO Partners’ services average at only 5% of the contractor's billings. You may choose to pay this fee yourself or, because it is a function of contractors' billing rates, allocate some or all of the cost to independent contractors by adjusting their rate.

 

The fee does not include Employer Payroll Taxes, which range widely based on the contractor's location and yearly billings. Instead, MBO Partners draws actual statutory Employer Payroll Taxes from the contractor's business account since these are part of the contractor’s overhead cost and should be factored into their billing rate.  Why is this important? Other payrolling services inflate their fee to  include Employer Payroll Taxes, which means you are likely to be charged for the cost of the payrolling services’ taxes on top of the contractors’ cost for taxes. MBO Partners eliminates this practice. With MBO Partners, your contractors get the financial benefit they deserve when their Employer Payroll Taxes lessen over the course of their assignment. And you're never forced to pay  taxes that the contactors’ are expecting to pay anyway.

 

Contingent Workforce Automation
