MyBizOffice Becomes Global Underwriter of the Human Capital Institute

Washington, D.C. - December 16, 2004 - The Human Capital Institute (HCI) today welcomed MyBizOffice as a Global Underwriter. MBO will be closely aligned with HCI's Contingent Workforce Management and Total Workforce Acquisition learning tracks, both of which focus on contract workforce management exclusively or in large part.

As part of the underwriter agreement, MyBizOffice will fund the development of two webcasts delivering professional education to HCI members centering on the two above-mentioned topics. MyBizOffice will also create a third webcast discussing the concept of "portable employment" that it will deliver as part of HCI's Future Labor Trends learning track. MyBizOffice will also be named a Global Underwriter for select HCI network meetings and executive workshops.

MyBizOffice's underwriter benefits include recognition at HCI's 2005 annual conference as a Platinum Sponsor, marketing opportunities to HCI's opt-in newsletter subscribers, and sponsored HCI member benefits to be distributed to MyBizOffice clients, partners, or prospects at its discretion.

"Finding more efficient ways to acquire, engage, and pay contract workers is a central issue to all employers of just about every size. This aspect of talent management is in critical need of more research and education to enable business professionals-from HR to procurement to line managers-to implement innovative ways to save costs," said Allan Schweyer, executive director of HCI. "MyBizOffice has a wealth of experience and a vested interest in this topic, and as such we are very pleased that they have committed themselves to working with HCI to contribute to thought leadership in the field."

"The Human Capital institute has emerged as a prominent and respected leadership association dedicated to finding better ways to find, use, and develop workforce talent," said MyBizOffice President and CEO Gene Zaino. "The HCI's commitment to helping drive progress in all aspects of human capital management practices makes it a powerful resource for virtually any business, and MyBizOffice is pleased to contribute to the HCI's growing repository of collected knowledge."
