- All our major operations are now paperless. Within a few years, we reinvented our operations and transformed MBO from being a paper-intensive company to functioning fully in the digital realm. All our human resources paperwork is now digital to the extent allowable by law.
- We handle contingent workforce management for large companies and government agencies; as we went paperless, so too did the business processes supporting these organizations. Sustainable change is not limited to our own operations. We hold a vision of sustainability that impacts our business partners.

- In our corporate office, we use only recycled content paper for day-to-day requirements, and we audit our internal processes to ensure reductions in printing.
We have implemented an office recycling program, and donate our used equipment.
We send expired archives to a secure document destruction service, which shreds and recycles the paper. - We have virtually eliminated the bulk of the commute – and resultant carbon footprint -- typical for the workforce of most corporations our size. The majority of our employees and Associates work either from home or from an office location closer to home. The reduction of greenhouse emissions resulting from this policy is incalculable.
