O'Donnell joined MBO in 2001; in her over 20 years of experience in the Human Capital Management field, she has served as a VP of Recruiting, a VP of Human Resources, and operated a staffing business. O'Donnell received an MS in Industrial Psychology from Old Dominion University and her BA in Psychology from the California University of Pennsylvania. |
