Kim Osgood
Controller
As Controller, Kimberly Osgood is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the company. Osgood, who has been with MBO Partners since 2000, has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and has served in various financial executive roles since 1983. During her career, Osgood has been involved in the IPO of a $40 million software company and has performed due diligence in several acquisitions. Osgood’s experience includes bank financings, tax reporting, consolidations of international operations, government contracting and SEC reporting. She previously served as Vice President of Finance and CFO for Template Software. Osgood received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Virginia Tech.
