Peter Russo
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Peter Russo is responsible for all financial matters related to MBO Partners. Russo has been with the firm since 2000 and brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, having served in various financial executive roles since 1980. During his career, Russo has been involved in coordinating several acquisitions, IPOs, bank and equity financings, and establishing and monitoring international operations.
He previously served as Senior Vice President and CFO for Template Software. He has also worked as treasurer and controller at Gerber Scientific, Inc, senior vice president and chief financial and administrative officer at TRC Companies, Inc., and senior vice president and CFO at Computer People, Inc. Prior to that, Russo spent 11 years with a predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers, from 1969 to 1980, serving the last four years as Senior Audit Manager. Russo received a BA in accounting from Niagara University.
