The system, which is fully web-enabled and has been in use since 2000, also gives your independent contractors online enrollment and benefits selection; the ability to modify tax, retirement, and benefits designations at any time; and the ability to view the up-to-the-minute status of accounts and payments.
The MyBizOffice® system is great for your agency, too. You can use the system to approve time and expense submissions and view various customizable reports concerning your contractor-related financial transactions.
Enrollment
Your independent contractors enroll through an online module tailored to your needs. We even set up a customized landing page that describes our solutions and helps your contractors through enrollment. This promotes fastest-possible on-boarding and minimizes time lost using tedious paper-based methods.
Benefits Selection and Modification
As part of enrollment, independent contractors joining our MBO Exec program get access to a premium W-2 style group benefits program. The enrollment system leads new independent contractors and SOW consultants through forms, benefits summaries, rates, and instructions.
Time and Expense Entry
Your independent contractors can enter their time and expenses using the MyBizOffice® system, or we can build a solution that uses time entries submitted through systems your agency already uses.
Time and Expense Approval
Upon receiving the timesheet and expense information from independent contractors, authorized agency representatives can review and approve it quickly using MyBizOffice®.
Payment Processing
Once you approve time and expense information, the MyBizOffice® system withholds appropriate taxes, benefits costs, and retirement contributions and provides net payment through direct-deposit. Payment for independent contractors in our MBO Exec program includes any pre-tax reimbursable expenses.
Account Review
MBO Partners establishes an online MyBizOffice® account for every independent contractor we serve. This serves as their own business division and P&L. Through MyBizOffice®, contractors may review financial transactions and see the status of their accounts and transactions in real-time.
Reporting
The MyBizOffice® system's reporting functions are completely customizable to your government agency's needs. With 24x7 access to the transactional information regarding independent contractors working for your agency, you ensure fast, accurate billing and total visibility into your independent contractor-related spend. Hiring managers and program officers can get real-time budget alerts, notifications, and more.
