MBO Partners To Sponsor Contract Talent Management Track at HCI Summit

A new Contract Talent Management Track will be added to the fifth annual Human Capital Summit, featuring sessions on contingent workforce management, including attorney Eric Rumbaugh presenting on the fundamentals of Independent Contractor Compliance.
