Please note that as an MBO Corp, you receive payments to your business and therefore do not become a W-2 employee of MBO Partners or participate in our benefits and retirement programs. As you operate a qualified independent business entity (C-corp, LLC, S-corp or Sole Proprietorship), you are responsible to carry your own General Liability and Professional Errors and Omissions insurances.
