MBO Partners stands with the people of Ukraine

We stand with the people of Ukraine and remain committed to our policy to not do business with Russia.

MBO has taken the following actions to support our contract workers and enterprise organizations at this time:

• Geographic sanctions do not prohibit you from working with contractors in Ukraine while on MBO Partners projects, but MBO will not engage with contractors or enterprises in Russia.
• MBO has assisted in efforts on behalf of our enterprise organizations to evacuate contractors currently residing or working in Ukraine and to advance payment for current projects in US dollars wherever possible.
• We are providing our people with information and links to vetted charitable organizations so that they can provide on-the-ground impact to those most in need.
• We have internal forums for our people to discuss, share resources, and get involved, as well a volunteer time off policy as part of our annual leave package.

MBO stands with the people of Ukraine as well as those impacted by this war and will continue to provide updates to those impacted as the situation evolves.
