MBO Partners wants to make sure you have all the information needed to file for 2019 and get set up for 2020. See below for important highlights, dates, deadlines, and more.

2019 Tax Information

As a reminder, you are responsible for filing your 2019 federal and state corporate tax returns, as well as your personal tax returns. To give you a competitive edge, MBO has partnered with Taxfyle to help you file your taxes conveniently and at a discount (more information below).

MBO provides all necessary 2019 tax information for you to file your annual tax returns (corporate and personal), including:

  • W-2 – mailed to you by end of January 2020
  • Balance Sheet
  • Income Statement (schedule of income received, expenses deducted, and payrolls processed)
  • Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Report – if participating
  • E*Trade Retirement Statement – if participating
  • Tax Administration Instructions

The above documents are available in your Business Center, in the Personal Info tab. Click E-File on the left, then open the Corporation_Annual_Tax_Documents folder.

Deadlines for Filing 2019 Taxes

These are the deadlines to file your 2019 federal tax returns:

  • S-Corp: March 15
  • C-Corp: April 15

State Tax Rate/Frequency Notices (if applicable)

You may receive a notice in the mail or via email from your state’s unemployment agency notifying you of a change in tax rate, or from your state’s payroll tax withholding agency notifying you of a change in tax-filing frequency.
