• Resume (word doc or PDF attachment)

Make sure to click “Save and Find Projects” at the bottom of the page once you have finished.
NOTE: Complete your entire profile at once. If you do not finish and log out, your progress will not be saved.

Who can see my profile?
If you are a member of our client networks, only those client managers as well as client managers for opportunities in which you’ve previously expressed interest, can view your profile. MBO Partners Advisors can also see your profile. Advisors are often requested to help client companies find the right talent for their project.

What do I do if I’m interested in a project?
If you are interested in a project opportunity, click on the project in the opportunities list to view more details about the project and then click the “I’m Interested” button. This will notify the client manager and MBO who will soon reach out to you should you be a match.
An opportunity has a "negotiable" rate. What does this mean?
An opportunity with a rate labeled as “Negotiable” means you can discuss compensation details with the client manager directly.
How do I know if the engagement manager is interested in me?
After you have indicated you are interested in the project, the client manager will reach out to you if they believe you are a good fit for the project.
How do I know if I have won the project?
You will be notified via email that you have been accepted for the opportunity.
What happens after I have been accepted for an opportunity?
A member of MBO's enrollment team will contact you to set up the work order and complete onboarding, if applicable.
Are responding and getting accepted the same as signing a contract?
No. You still need to create and sign a Statement of Work (SOW).
When do I negotiate and sign a contract or statement of work?
Negotiate and sign a contract or SOW directly with the client manager. This typically happens right as the project is awarded. You can use the marketplace's messaging feature, or any other method listed in the posting, to contact the manager and complete the SOW process.
