Business Services is a unique engagement alternative for independent professionals who wish to work as compliant independent business owners (S corps, C corps, or LLCs)-for PwC and beyond-but need assistance meeting and maintaining the appropriate credentials to do so.
After you accept a role, our experienced team will guide you through the PwC on-boarding process so you can begin work as quickly as possible.
With Business Services, MBO will:

- Guide you through PwC's on-boarding
- Cover you under our business insurance
- Invoice PwC on your behalf
- Give access to medical, retirement, and other benefits
- Provide personal, helpful support
Business Setup, Service Fee, and Payment Timing
Unlock tax advantages for solo businesses with pass-through benefits. MBO Partners aids in LLC or corporation setup if not already established. Whether a new or existing business, we facilitate direct engagement. A 5.5% fee covers our services, factored into rate negotiations with PwC. Payments follow PwC's biweekly invoice on net 15 terms, reaching you approximately two to three weeks after MBO invoices PwC.
