Introducing Payroll Services
MBO's Payroll Services work arrangement is a simple way to engage with PwC. It lets you enjoy the security and convenience of a regular paycheck and personal support as you work on your PwC projects. We'll also send you a W-2 at the end of each year to ease tax filing.
After you accept a role, our experienced team will guide you through the PwC on-boarding process so you can begin work as quickly as possible.
With Payroll Services, MBO will:
- Guide you through PwC's on-boarding
- Cover you under our business insurance
- Invoice PwC on your behalf
- Pay you as you work
- Give access to medical benefits and a 401(k) (eligibility restrictions apply)
- Provide personal, helpful support
Service Fee, Rate Adjustment, and Payment Timing
MBO applies a 16% fee to your final bill rate to cover mandatory payroll taxes. Adjust your offered rate by multiplying your preferred rate by 1.16 to ensure you still take home your preferred amount after the fee. Additionally, MBO follows state laws, paying you weekly for work completed one or two weeks earlier.
