Elect, Modify, or Drop Coverage

MBO and Aetna have partnered with Steele Benefit Services to administer enrollments for medical elections. You will enroll through Steele Benefits.

• User ID: Your 9-digit Social Security Number (without dashes or spaces)
• PIN: Last four digits of your Social Security Number and the last two digits of your birth year

Eligibility Restrictions and Plan Conversion

Please be aware, The Hartford requires at least 30 hours of work per week to be considered eligible for coverage.

You have the option to take your life insurance with you if you leave MBO. Your group life insurance coverage can be converted to a cash value policy (rates will most likely adjust) by contacting MBO and The Hartford with a completed application and premiums within 31 days of your policy ending with MBO.
