MBO offers long-term disability insurance through The Hartford, at guaranteed issue (meaning no medical underwriting is needed).

See below for long-term disability insurance coverage:

• 60% of monthly earnings, not to exceed $10,000
• Benefits begin after 90-day elimination period
• Monthly earnings calculated using average of gross pay received over most recent 12 months (or actual months of employment, if fewer)
