Dave Cassar

Dave joined MBO in 2010 and served as Chief Operational Officer, Chief Administration Officer, and Head of International before assuming the Chief Revenue Officer and Head of International role in 2023. He manages the portfolios of several of MBO's largest enterprise clients and leads the global sales and international operational organizations.

Dave has more than twenty years of experience and previously led large regional consulting practices for Aon Consulting, Parson Group, LLC, and ICG Communications, Inc. where he oversaw the development of customized human capital, financial and technology solutions for large global enterprises.

Dave graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University.
