About Fernando
Fernando Cardenas joined MBO Partners in late 2021 as Chief Technology Officer. Fernando is responsible for the MBO technology strategy and supporting the technology requirements of internal MBO functions.
Most recently, Fernando served as Director of Enterprise Architecture for Transamerica, helping lead the technology organization's modernization and transformation. He specifically focused on cloud migration, platform architecture strategy, and implementation. He has also served in various technology leadership roles in venture and angel-backed startups, building high-performing engineering teams and critically acclaimed software products.
Fernando graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT.
