John Piazza

John Piazza joined MBO Partners in 2015 and is the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions. In this role, John is responsible for customizing MBO’s initiatives to fit the needs of our diverse enterprise client population, as well as onboarding these clients to ensure successful long-term relationships. John also leads MBO’s partner initiatives, helping to source and manage strategic relationships with corporate thought leaders and technology partners alike.

John has more than 30 years of professional experience as a strategic and entrepreneurial executive with broad-based strengths across the business spectrum of the staffing industry. Skilled in driving seamless integrations following mergers and acquisitions, John is an change management expert. Previously, John spent nearly a decade on the executive team of Ranstad Sourceright, one of the world’s leading staffing agencies, where he managed payroll and independent contractor compliance services across the Americas portfolio.
