Bittu Ahlawat

Bittu joined MBO Partners in 2021 as the Senior Vice President of Product Engineering. He leads development for all MBO’s product offerings aimed at top companies and independent talent.

Prior to joining MBO, Bittu led multiple product engineering teams at Upwork. He has strong leadership capabilities to lead teams for fast-paced projects. Bittu specializes in building high performant engineering teams that build delightful experiences for consumers across web, mobile, and desktop. He is continually pushing the boundaries of what’s possible by driving improvements through innovations.

1. He did a 10k mile cross country solo road trip in April 2021.
2. He has been to 49 out of 50 US states with Alaska being the exception.
3. He has two dogs, and one of them has only barked 3 times in 9 years.
