About Neil

Neil Bryson, Chief Growth Officer, joined the MBO Partners team in 2024. He brings a rich tapestry of experience and achievements in talent acquisition and business growth. Neil is at the helm of designing and leading MBO's enterprise talent sourcing and redeployment strategy digitizing the current enterprise services suite, and forging strategic industry partnerships.

Neil's journey before MBO was marked by his exceptional leadership roles, including his tenure as President at HiringSolved.com. His guidance was instrumental in harnessing artificial intelligence for talent search and matchmaking, covering areas such as growth, profitability, and technical development. His foundational career was built at General Electric Capital Corporation, where he graduated from their Management Training Program and eventually spearheaded the Walmart private label credit card portfolio, achieving over $3 billion in receivables.

Neil's 20-year career at Allegis Group is a testament to his commitment to innovation in talent management. His pivotal role in global business development and co-founding Quantum, a digitized B2B platform, is a clear example of his forward-thinking approach. He worked in a majority of their Operating Companies and spent 10 years in Allegis Global Solutions as Head of Global Business Development, where he was in charge of MSP and RPO growth in Asia, Europe, and North America. His strategic vision also led to the founding of CareerCircle.com, a DE&I upskilling platform.

Neil is a proud alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, holding a bachelor's in business administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management.
