She is a seasoned sales leader with nearly two decades of experience across workforce solutions, staffing, and HR technology. She partners with enterprise organizations to solve complex talent challenges, with a focus on compliant engagement models, independent contractor strategy, and scalable workforce solutions. Stephanie is known for navigating complex sales cycles and building trusted client partnerships, helping organizations align talent strategy with business outcomes.
Stephanie is passionate about inclusive workforce strategies and enabling organizations to meet their talent goals through thoughtful, people-first solutions rooted in collaboration, transparency, and long-term value.
Outside of work, Stephanie is based in Sacramento, California, where she is a wife and mom to two very active boys and one very snuggly Goldendoodle. She loves traveling with her family and is rarely without a good book in progress.
